Sentri Group is currently working with a privately owned developer who specialises in high end residential new build and refurbishment projects across London and the home counites, they are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a new build house in West Sussex.

The project is a new build 8500 sq. ft. house in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, this will be fitted out with high tech state of the art AV smart systems, high end fixtures and fittings. You will be required to take the project from inception through to completion. Reporting directly to a visiting Contracts Manager you will be an integral part of the business and this project.

With the business adopting a free-thinking ethos the client is looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of the scheme and to utilise their expertise in shaping the way the project is delivered. They will be receptive to your ideas, thoughts, and suggestions.

Client facing and commercially astute you will be a ‘hands on’ Site Manager capable of delivering substantial schemes to programme and budget. In addition to being a strong communicator, written and verbal, you will build strong working relationships with senior managers, subordinates, sub-contractors, and external consultants.

The right candidate will have a stable career history with main contractors and / or residential developers and possess experience in delivering high end residential schemes of distinction.

Preference would be professionally qualified with a valid First Aid and Health and Safety accreditation.

On offer for this Site Manager role is a basic salary of up to £55,000 - £65,000 per annum plus, car / car allowance, pension, and healthcare.
