A Project Director with a proven track record of delivering London based schemes more than £50m, is required by a leading regional main contractor, to be based on their office in Central London.
You will be required to look after one mixed-use scheme, with a combined value of c.£100m made up of Residential, Education and Retail projects.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, the position will be working closely with the Regional Director; and you will be responsible for delivering projects from initial tender enquiry through to final account across Education, Residential, Commercial and Leisure sectors.
Projects will consist of refurbishments schemes through to new build projects.
Minimum Requirements
The client is seeking to appoint an individual who is proven within a Project Director / Leader role and has a track record of delivering larger projects, coupled with a stable employment history gained working for recognised main contractors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level construction professional to join a company that has had strong growth over the past 15 years.
On offer for the successful Project Director is a salary of £100,000 - £150,000 p.a. plus car allowance, health care, pension, and bonus scheme.
