Sentri Group is currently working with a privately owned developer operating within the London prime residential construction market, their experience of multinational operation and bespoke detailing offer highly efficient and personal delivery of the most complex schemes.

They are looking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver the following scheme


    • Facade retention of 6x terraced townhouses
    • Works to include temporary works, demolition, lowering of existing basement slab, drainage, RC frame, envelope, full fit out of 13 apartments, CAT A commercial and retail space
    • Project Value - £5.55m
    • Programme – 68 weeks commencing August

With the business adopting a free-thinking ethos the client is looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of the scheme and to utilise their expertise in shaping the way the project is delivered. They will be receptive to your ideas, thoughts, and suggestions.

Client-facing and commercially astute you will be a ‘hands on’ Project Manager capable of delivering substantial schemes to programme and budget. In addition to being a strong communicator, written and verbal, you will build strong working relationships with senior managers, subordinates, sub-contractors, and external consultants.

The right candidate will have a stable career history with main contractors and/or residential developers and possess experience in delivering high end residential schemes of distinction and ideally come from a trades background.

On offer for this Project Manager role is a basic salary of up to £85,000 per annum plus a package.
