Sentri Group is currently working with a leading Project Management and Surveying practice operating nationwide a with offices in London, Manchester, and Birmingham, they are looking to appoint and Building Surveyor at Associate Director level
This is a lead Building Surveyor position in London supporting many different commissions in the private and public sector. Their service offering tends to focus on regional and national programmes of work involving significant size and scale, working with both private and public sector clients.

Your responsibilities will include:
You have a bachelor’s degree in building surveying or equivalent subject. You are a member of a relevant institute. You have technical knowledge and competency in building surveying. You have experience in supporting the development of existing and new clients.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You have building surveying experience within a consultancy environment and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities they have to offer.
This is a great opportunity for someone to join an established but growing practice who have a strong healthy pipeline of work.
On offer for this Building Surveyor role is a salary of £75,000 per annum plus car allowance, pension, and healthcare.
